CONDITIONS OF SALE

Ownership of goods will pass to the purchaser when thesejewelsrock.com receives full payment via PayPal (and or when any cheques given in payment have been honored). Where goods are lost, damaged or destroyed after delivery and ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify thesejewelsrock.com against any loss incurred, provided such loss, damage or destruction does not result from thesejewelsrock.com negligence.

thesejewelsrock.com does not operate payment by account at this time.

PAYMENT

Payment is via online PayPal service, which will accept all the main Credit and Debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard American Express Switch and Solo, etc. We will also accept checks and Money Orders via U.S. Mail made payable to These Jewels Rock. Goods however will only be shipped one the check has cleared the main clearing bank; this could be anything from 5 - 7 days from representation.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

No responsibility can be accepted for non- delivery unless the carrier and ourselves are informed in writing within 7 days of advice. Contents damaged or contents missing, must be signed for accordingly (if possible) and reported to the carriers and ourselves in writing, within 3 days of delivery

RETURNED ITEMS

Returned goods can only be credited if returned in perfect condition, within 7 days of the invoice date, with the respective invoice number and date and where applicable, in the original packing. Goods that have been returned for credit that have been correctly supplied will be subject to a handling charge of $10.00.

STOCK ITEMS

All items available from stock are dispatched at the time of handling your orders. However, on some occasions we run out of stock, in these cases we will offer you an alternative product.
